Shipping
For our shipping we use UPS for the reliable and professional service.
We use UPS STANDARD service inside the EU (1-5 days) and UPS EXPEDITED service for countries outside the EU (3-5 days USA and Canada, 3-7 days rest of the world).
If your country isn’t listed, you can contact us for custom shipping option.
Shipping cost is calculated on shipping country and weight. Fill the cart and go to the Checkout page to see how much shipping cost is.
VAT refund
All prices are VAT exclusive. VAT we’ll the added at the checkout moment to all customers inside EU.
If you are an EU company (not italian) please specify your VAT number and company data in the order note. Once your VAT number has been checked we’ll refund you VAT.
All VAT refund is manually made, it’ll be make as soon as possible but cannot be immediate
Terms and conditions
Once your order as been shipped it’ll be out of our control and responsibility. We use UPS just for assures that this we’ll not be a problem for you.
All internationals costs involved (like import duties and local VAT) are charged to the customer.
Returns
If a product don’t satisfy you, you can return it. Any not used item can be returned. We’ll refund item’s cost once it has been received. Item returning cost is for the customer.
